First steps to submission

Most journals require you to submit your work online. You may be required to create a user account in advance.

Check the author guidelines carefully in case you need to submit other information. Some of this other information, such as copyright forms, might only become available once you have created an account.

Submission can take several hours. So be sure to set aside enough time to complete all the journal’s requirements.
