  • In this course we will learn how to assess your prospective manuscript. You need to estimate the importance of your findings and how much they contribute to your field.
  • We will also look at effective journal selection strategies. You will learn the best stage in which to choose your journal, and how to check if your study matches a journal’s aims and scope.
  • Finally, we consider whether the journal is right for you, the author. Does the journal have what you want in terms of publication speed or open access?
