PROSPERO 登録を構成する40項目

PROSPERO登録に必要なのプロトコルの情報は、PRISMAとPRISMA-Pの要件に似ています。しかし、PROSPEROの構成は若干異なります。

ジャーナルによっては、著者にPRISMA (with a submitted PRISMA checklist and/or flowchart) を使うことを求め、研究発表のロードマップにプロトコルの事前登録を指示します。

そのため、PRISMA-P およびPROSPERO のプロトコルを、研究開始前に用意することになるかもしれません。PRISMA-P には研究デザインおよびレビュー実施に関する17 項目がありますが、PROSPERO には40項目もあります。PRISMA-P ガイドラインは、より詳細な要件があるPROSPEROのプロトコルを基にしています。

プロトコルのPROSPERO登録(https://www.crd.york.ac.uk/prospero/#guidancenotes) の40項目は、25の必須項目と、15のオプション項目（斜字）で構成されています。

1. レビュータイトル（英語）（Title of the review in English）
2. 原題（英語でない場合）［Original-language title (if not English)］
3. 予定されている、または実際のレビュープロセスの開始日（Anticipated or actual start date of the review process）
4. 予定されている完了日（Anticipated completion date）
5. 登録時のレビュー段階（Stage of review at the time of registration）
6. 代表者名（Named contact (acts as study guarantor)）
7. 代表者のEメールアドレス（Named contact’s email address）
8. 代表者の住所（Named contact’s address）

10. レビューの所属機関（該当する場合）［Organizational affiliation of the review (if any)］

理論的根拠とともに、ほとんどの項目に対して更新は可能で、それらは記録されオンライン上でアーカイブされます。改訂が日付とともに明確にされるというレビュープロトコルの前方視的な特徴は、読者、研究者およびジャーナルのレビュアーは、客観性と誠実さを担保する必要があるため、重要です。主たる結果の解析は、事前に計画されるべきで、事後解析（データがまとめられる以前の計画ではないもの）または探索的、サブセット、副次的解析は、そのように記載されるべきです。同様に、主要評価項目と副次評価項目は、事前に定義されるべきです。

結果がポジティブかネガティブか、期待通りか否か、もしくは決定的かに関わらず、査読を伴う場で公表されるべきです。
